　　把“生态”作为特色，并放在“经济”之前，体现的是一种新型财富观。曾经，我们将大自然的馈赠视作理所当然，却忽略了生态环境本身的价值。1997年，一个由13位生态学家、经济学家和地理学家组成的研究小组对生态系统的一系列功能作出了价值评估，得出的结论是：自然提供的服务和经济价值总计约为每年33万亿美元!这一数字，几乎与全球每年的总产值相当。从这个角度来看，所谓“先污染、后治理”的发展方式，即使在经济上也是得不偿失的。

　　在我家附近，有一个工厂经常排放废气，我经常看见浓浓黑烟从烟囱中冒出，使得原本蔚蓝的天空变成了灰沉沉的。每天在外边，我都会闻到一股刺鼻的气味，让人很头疼。这些工厂废气不经处理就直接排放，不仅损害了附近居民的健康，还破坏了大所层，我建议一些工厂安装过滤器，废气无毒害之后再排放，不然很污染环境。
